Dear Halari Visa Oshwals in USA – Following Saturday’s JAINA program, we are wanting to engage with JAINA to join their India’s COVID Relief efforts, which will be matched if we commit by Monday (6/14).  If we get to about 50k (depending on factors like size, location, etc), with JAINA’s matching funds, we be able to provide a full unit, which would include recognition for the Halari Visa Oshwal organization. Dear Friends & Community,

After a long year I’m sure we’ve all had some time for self-reflection.  I’m hoping this survey finds you in good health, and that you can help us determine what the next phase for our organization.

Our community is about 400 families in the US and another 150 in Canada, for about 1500 total people in North America.  Our community today looking different now, than it did when our community began to emigrate here in the 60’s and 70’s.  It’s 50 years later, and while our community has grown in number, the large emigration from UK/Kenya/India has slowed down.

It is with deep regret we announce the death of Mrs. Minakshi (Mina/Minu) Nilesh Bid on Saturday 12th December 2020, in Perth Australia.
