- I am a stay at home mom for my daughter Seena(12) and son Shaam (9) with my husband Jayesh. We live in Livingston, NJ in a joint family with Veljikaka, Champakaki, Poorni and Jay. I am a Software Engineer. I take pride in serving the Oshwal community and will try my best to make stronger community for our future generation.

- Smita, orginally from Kenya, educated in UK, currently resides in Lemont,IL (Chicago) since 1981, married to husband Dipak, has 3 children Parin, Reena and Milan. Business Professional in Flooring Industry for 25 years+. Actively involved with Oshwal Samaj of North America for past 10 years writing community news, State Representative for Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky, Assistant Secretary for 2004-2005, 2008-2009, Vice President for 2010-2011, 2012-2013. She enjoys her family life, organizes Oshwal gatherings in the Midwest Region. Enjoys running the family owned business; hobbies are cooking, home decorating, spending time with family.

 Secretary- Mitesh Jayantilal Shah (New Jersey)
- This is the 1st year for Mitesh as the Secretary of HVO-NA and is excited to server our community. He lives in Iselin, NJ with his wife Tanvi and two daughters Deeti and Shikha. He is a Sr. Technology Architect and works for a business partner of Oracle.

 Treasurer- Jayanti Zaverchand Galaiya (Long Valley, NJ)
- Represented Ahmadabad and Baroda in Oshwal Sixan and Rahat Sangh adhivations during late 70s. Oshwal Student Union Mumbai late 70s and early 80s, organized OSU Mumbai’s multiple religious trips in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Currently living in Long Valley, NJ with wife Vijya. Two children – Deepa - Stanford Medical School and Chiraag – Princeton University. One of the founding members and office bearer of the informal HVO in 1986, founding president of registered non-profit HVO of America, held several different positions of HVO of America. Gathered data, compiled and published first HVO of America directory in 1996.

 Assistant Secretary- Dr. Alpa Kiran Shah (Plano, TX)
- Alpa, originally from Mumbai lives in Plano, TX since 1997 with her husband Dr. Kiran Premchand Shah and has 2 wonderful children, Amy (13 yrs) and Sonya (6 yrs). She is a Board Certified Neurologist and a Neurophysiologist and is very lucky to share the work place with her husband. She started her volunteer work for Oshwal Samaj in 2005 as a TX/OK representative and enjoys in planning the annual Summer Picnic and Diwali Dinner to bring the community together. Her hobbies are reading and travelling.
