Q1) Does the Registration fee include accomodations?

A1) Yes accomodations, meals and planned on site activites are inlcuded as part of the registration.

Q2) What kind of accomodations will be provided?

A2) We have the good fortune to be able to use the onsite accomodations of the conference center which has single beds, double occupancy rooms with attached bathrooms.  Also, as we understand not everyone can be accomodated at the conference center we have planned to rent cottages which are less then a mile away from the conference center. These cottages will likely be allocated to families who would like their own kitchennet and additonal space for the kids. We will ensure that every adult will have a bed to sleep on.

Q3) Is there co-ordinated transportation available from certain areas? (ex New Jersey)

A3) As people register we will be happy to help co-ordinate car pool options with local groups.

Q4) What is the planned registration costs?  

A4) Registration fees will get increasingly higher as we get closer to the event. This is to ensure we have as accurate a number for planning purposes as possible. Also we will not be accepting any registrations after July 15th 2013.

Q5) Cancellation Policy  

A5) If you cancel by May 1st we can provide you a 75% refund. If you cancel by June 30th then we can provide you with a 50%. If you cancel by July 15th then 25% refund, after that there are no refunds as we need to commit to cottages and rooms financially for the event.
